The staff were all really nice, and breakfast had plenty of good options. We had a very pleasant, convenient stay in a modern room with a massive bed and a spacious bathroom. The beach is close by. It’s on a main road, so light sleepers might not love that, but the soundproofing worked well. A small gym would’ve been a nice extra.

The bus station right outside made the area really handy, and breakfast was very good. We were on the sixth floor while it was raining, though, and could hear everything hitting the roof.

Getting in and checking out were both easy, and the room was comfortable with all the amenities. It got pretty warm, and the AC didn’t quite manage to cool it enough.

We had a large, comfortable bed and a spacious room with everything well equipped. Breakfast was very good, and it was great value for money. Definitely recommend it.

We loved the location, in a quieter part of town but still close to the beach, with a bus stop right outside that goes all over San Sebastian. The staff were lovely. Still, I’d pick the location again, but not this hotel. We booked a premium room on the seventh floor with a large terrace. At first it looked great, but we’d asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together. Reception said they only had twin beds. The mattresses were rock hard, and we woke up in pain every day. There wasn’t another type available, so we just had to put up with it. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower cubicle was tiny, making it hard to wash my hair without banging my elbows. The room also wasn’t very clean: dusty, dirty corners and blinds, and generally a bit grubby. Breakfast really isn’t worth paying extra for. There are lovely bakeries and a supermarket nearby that are much better.
