The pillows were a little too soft for me, but everything else worked really well. The cottage has room for four across two floors, with two sofa beds downstairs and a double bed upstairs. There’s all the kitchenware you need, mountain views, and parking right outside. It’s just a stone’s throw from San Vicente. The coffee selection and welcome chocolate were a nice touch.

We loved it, it was amazing! My husband and son-in-law went off on the Libaniega route while my daughter and I spent those days there over Easter. The welcome was wonderful, the people were lovely, and the room was great. We’ll be back. A big hug 🤗

The apartments are in La Revilla, between Comillas and San Vicente de la Barquera, which made it easy to explore the area. Ours was clean and very good value, with parking right outside and its own entrance. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with the sofa bed and kitchen below. We also got a welcome gift and good service. Breakfast at the restaurant next door was a real highlight. Plenty of higher-star hotels could learn how to serve a good breakfast from them.

Rocío looked after us so well, and the apartment had spectacular views. Its location between San Vicente de la Barquera and Comillas was marvelous. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.
