There’s not much choice for meals, and getting around means dealing with too many stairs. The room door didn’t feel secure, and the soundproofing was poor enough that we could hear people going up and down the stairs. The service was the worst.

The rooms were clean, but you’ll need to bring your own water and slippers. One of the kitchen staff, a blond lady, was quite rude. After breakfast we took two small pieces of bread with cheese. She told us takeaway cost 6 euros, and we agreed to pay and gave her our room number. She didn’t seem to understand and kept repeating it loudly, which was embarrassing in front of other people even though we were trying to pay. You can stay here, but be ready for poor communication and service.

The rooms have very new facilities, and breakfast was really good 👍. The rest of the hotel is a bit of a maze, with an odd layout that left tour groups wandering around like lost sheep. The elevator was slow and packed, even though the facilities overall are complete.

The room had no kettle and could use an update, and there was no service in the bedrooms. Breakfast was very basic, with few vegetarian choices. We saw staff handling meat without gloves and then touching vegetarian food, which was concerning. They also wouldn’t let us take a small cupcake out for our child. The view was of the car park.
