Apartamentos Tramuntana

They were great at helping us track down the comforter our little boy left behind, and communication with the apartments was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was basic but roomy, clean, and had everything we needed. Towels were changed and bins emptied during the stay. If you need fresh towels or an early bed change, just ask and they'll do it. The air conditioning was playing up, but I mentioned it at reception on our way out and it was fixed by the time we got back. The location is perfect for town.

Our little dog was allowed to stay with us, which was a huge plus. The room was a good size, clean, tidy, and well equipped, overlooking a pretty square and a lovely white Spanish church with no bells. The heating worked perfectly, though the TV wasn't great, but we were on holiday! The towels were worn and stained, and the bedding wasn't great either, but we slept comfortably and woke up rested, ready to explore. I'd been a bit wary after reading the reviews, but was very impressed. The manager welcomed us on arrival, even though apparently he's never supposed to be there, and personally showed us to the private parking area. All in all, a really good experience.

The upgrade from a two-bedroom to a four-bedroom apartment sounded great, but as soon as we walked in, the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. Burn marks on the curtains and on the shower shelf showed that previous guests had smoked inside, and it shouldn't have taken much to put that right. The Wi-Fi barely reached beyond the entrance. Kitchen appliances and utensils were simple but enough for us, and the air conditioning worked. Oddly, there were no clothes hangers, so the closet wasn't much use.

The pool next door had a really nice, chilled vibe, and the staff were helpful, if a little strange 😄. A great spot to get the full ibiza experience. I'll be back.
