We had a really relaxing stay, helped by the calming bohemian-style room decor and the pleasant atmosphere in both the rooms and arrival hall. Our corner room was lovely, with a long balcony that gave us extra space. The pool gets sun for most of the day, with a few loungers and plenty of chairs for relaxing. The staff were kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. We slept well in the comfortable beds and liked having several pillows to choose from. The shower was a bit narrow, though it worked well and had good pressure. We’d happily recommend staying here.

Really comfortable, with very nice staff and a great location. The rooms are lovely and have what you need for a shorter stay in Ibiza, and the pool area is nice too. It feels like more than a 2 star place.

We spent a week here and had a great stay. The reception team were always friendly and helpful, and the bed was really comfortable. Our room was spotless, cleaned each day, and came with fresh towels. The location was perfect too. I’d definitely stay again!

My fiancé and I had a terrible time with this hotel. We didn’t stay the night, but they still wouldn’t refund us, even though they’d promised to. The rooms felt incredibly cheap for the outrageous prices. There was no built-in AC, just a noisy and inefficient portable unit in the corner. Unless you pay for one of their “top-tier” rooms, expect the bare minimum for comfort and quality. The front desk was dismissive and unhelpful when we tried to sort things out. It feels like they stop caring about guest satisfaction once they have your money. If something’s wrong with your room, don’t expect a refund or even basic respect. We’re still waiting for the refund they said they’d process, another broken promise. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
