The problems started as soon as we arrived in Ibiza. Our room hadn't been cleaned, and they didn't get around to it until day three. We also had no fresh towels until the last two days. There were ants in the bathroom when we showered, and the pool smelled neglected, with mould in it. The staff, including management, were rude and had a bad attitude. It was a terrible stay and ruined my holiday.

Such a lovely find, and the prices are good too. The apartment was simple but thoughtfully laid out, spotlessly clean, and had effective air conditioning. They cleaned it daily and took out the rubbish. The young staff were cheerful and helpful, sorting out restaurant bookings, tickets, and plenty more. They even provided beach towels and an umbrella for free. I'd definitely recommend it.

Juan deserves a special mention. He was warm and attentive, shared ideas for places to visit, and even managed to reserve dinner for us when restaurants were fully booked. We felt like a priority throughout. Our late-night arrival was no trouble, and checking in was easy. The A/C did suddenly stop working, and no technicians were available, but the hotel offered alternatives and gifts to make up for the inconvenience. A really good stay, highly recommended.

This is my second time staying in these apartments. They're clean, friendly, and have what you need, while being a little away from the main strip. Good choice for a lads' holiday if you'd rather save money for drinks.

We were staying right across the road, so trying this place seemed like the obvious thing to do. The drinks came out quickly and the service was great. My wife and I split an egg burger and a pepperoni pizza, and we couldn't pick a favourite. The food was sensational. Definitely worth a visit, five stars.
