Hotel Vibra Marco Polo II - Adults Only

The staff and location were fine, but the other guests made this stay unbearable. There was shouting, screaming, doors slamming, and loud noise from morning until morning. I couldn't get any rest at night. I've never seen this kind of chaos in a place that's meant for relaxation. If you want some peace and a chance to rest, choose somewhere else. Definitely not here.

I’ve stayed here before and liked the hotel itself, which was what we wanted. But when I checked out in June, I fell on the front steps while struggling with my bags, and my suitcase landed on top of me. The staff watched and laughed, as did people passing by. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. In the end, it was a member of the public who helped me up.

The staff were spot on, and the pool was decent during the day. Rooms were basic but clean, with a bit of noise from kids having fun, so I can't complain about that. The air-conditioning stopped working on our last day.

We were a big group celebrating a hen party and had a great stay. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the bar had a good range of food and drinks at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly, and the rooms and shared areas were clean. The hotel's central location was excellent.
