The hotel looked much better inside than I expected from the location, and the staff at reception were patient and helpful. Breakfast was included, with plenty to choose from and good food. I picked it for the free airport shuttle, which takes about 20 minutes. I wish I’d had time to use the pool. It worked well for a night between flights.

The room was tidy, clean, and had what I needed, and the free airport shuttle was useful. Service at the counter felt robotic, though, and the neighborhood is industrial, with only basic shops and food nearby. Also, the website prices for the spa and bar didn’t match what I was charged. Check carefully and ask before paying.

The free shuttle made getting here from the airport easy, and we’d happily stay again. Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, while the breakfast buffet was very good. We paid an extra 13 euros for the spa, which felt worth it for the warm pool, sauna, steam room, and heated loungers. There’s a shopping center next door with a good supermarket and fast food. We didn’t try the nearby metro into downtown Barcelona, which takes about an hour.

We’ve returned three times, and the hotel has been modern and very clean each visit. The restaurant is well run, with a nice range of dishes at fair prices. Staff are friendly and helpful, so we’ll be back again 😊

I stayed here the night before flying so I’d be near the airport. The room was good and clean, and the service was fine. Booking the shuttle was simple and it worked well. Drop-off was easy too, with a huge parking lot right out front. I didn’t use the other services, so can’t comment on them. After comparing other hotels in the same price range, I’ll choose The Alexandre again next time.
