A perfect place to relax, and it’s 100% baby friendly. The location is great, the food is excellent, and the staff are all so kind.

The treatments were excellent, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and food. The staff were charming and discreet. The hotel is clean and comfortable, though maintenance needs work: there was mold in some places on the ceilings and a faulty shower in the spa. I’d highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly, though they seemed worn down by the state of the place and felt helpless about it. One mattress was so completely worn out that they moved me to another room. We checked several rooms before finding one with a decent mattress, lucky for a therapeutic center. The location is great, but the hotel has fallen behind from lack of maintenance. It needs cleaning and painting, and the mattresses must be at least 20 years old. The walls are peeling and the outdoor pool is wrecked. They need to deal with all this, or I don’t see much of a future for the hotel.

We had a good stay because it was our first spa experience and we loved the location. The hotel is very well placed, the breakfast is good, and spa access is unlimited. The downside is that the place feels outdated, the bedding is worn and has holes, and the cleaning isn’t thorough. Reception staff weren’t very welcoming, with no smiles or greetings.
