There was no hot water, so we couldn't shower. I find that unacceptable for a hotel.

Clean, inexpensive, and handy, with a good shower. Right in the town center, close to the shops and restaurants.

Ylenia was incredibly attentive and helpful, and she cleared up a few questions we had. The place is very central, close to the center and about seven minutes from the sports facilities. We wanted to leave the car parked and explore the town on foot, and there are a few free parking spots around St Feliu. A TV might have been nice, but for a weekend of walking around, it worked well.

The location was good, and we appreciated both the stay and the service. The ceiling did have mold stains, which concerned me because mycotoxins are toxic if inhaled. Room service was just okay too: towels were changed, but the beds were made on some days and left unmade on others. These are things they could improve.

The WiFi was the one real letdown, since the connection was pretty unreliable and needs work. Otherwise, it's a good place to sleep, close to the beach and restaurant area. The rooms are nice, and the private bathroom is small but has everything. Service was very good, and they changed the beds every day, which we hadn't expected.
