The room was on the small side, but the bed and pillows were super comfortable. We were also just steps from the beach and weekend markets. The freshly renovated place is peaceful and tastefully decorated, with a mix of modern, boho, and a little industrial style. Everything was so clean, and there was care in the details, from the rooms and shared dining space to the terrace and breakfast. Claudia made us feel at home and well looked after. Highly recommend.

Hotel Calendula feels authentic, and we loved our stay there by the beach. There are cafes, the market, supermarkets, restaurants, and other shops close by, yet it stays quiet and calm. Breakfast was amazing, especially the coffee and homemade jam. Everything felt thoughtfully made with love and care, and the quality was high. The rooms and the whole place were very clean, and the staff were kind and generous. We were absolutely impressed and surprised. Thank you calendula ❤️
