Ca Na Xica - Hotel & Spa

The staff made our stay at Ca Na Xica feel especially easy. They were warm, attentive and thoughtful about every detail, from the delicious breakfasts to the luxurious amenities. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and wonderfully peaceful, and our room was spacious, stylish and spotless. It was a lovely, relaxing escape in Ibiza, and we can’t wait to come back.

We spent three nights at Ca Na Xica in late August and plan to return next summer. It has the luxury of Mandarin Oriental with the character of a small family-run boutique hotel. If you want a quiet Ibiza stay, it’s the place to lounge by the pool among fig and pomegranate trees with soft jazz from the pool bar. The gym is decent, and the spa has a sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge pool. Service from reception and restaurant staff was excellent. Just book it!

Carmen and the team made us feel at home and helped with everything we needed. We’ve stayed at OKU, Nobu and others, but this place was unmatched for us. The suite premier plus was easily the best hotel room in Ibiza, and every room and the whole hotel had insane views. It felt like a fairy tale. The only restaurant, Salvia, was incredible, with unreal food. I don’t know why it doesn’t have a Michellen star. Truly the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Ibiza, with hospitality that attends to every detail.

The staff were welcoming and hospitable, and the resort is quiet and adults-only. At checkout, though, there was very little interaction. They simply presented the final bill efficiently, and no one asked how my stay had been. I would have gladly shared feedback then. I was also charged 15 euros to have a drink brought to my room, which was only about 30 meters away. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
