The bedrooms were pristine, and you could see the care that went into the materials and infrastructure. It’s a very quiet place surrounded by nature, with lovely cats and an amazing pool. The chef made one of the best meals I’ve had. Since it’s in the center of the island, it’s a great base for going anywhere. Five stars ⭐️

We’ve been Sophie’s guests for years and are always so happy here. The finca feels authentic, with its own story, lovely atmosphere, pool, rooms, and breakfast. The design and feel are amazing, and the simple approach really works. Breakfast has authentic organic products, and there’s always far too much! I hope this hidden spot stays that way. The property is gorgeous and so beautifully kept, and we were welcomed by the loveliest people. The rooms felt like living in an Elle Decor magazine. Breakfast was lovely too. Would highly recommend.

We ended up having a good stay, and Sophie did take action when we raised our concerns. The location is lovely, a hidden finca in the north of the island, and Sophie was kind, available, and very nice. There were a few problems with our large, beautiful room. The sheets didn’t feel like hotel or agriturismo linens, more like ordinary home sheets, and we weren’t told how towel changes worked. We also had days without hot water. One day our room wasn’t serviced because a waiter told reception we didn’t want it, though we hadn’t spoken to anyone about that. After three days with the same sheets and towels, we spoke to Sophie and she promptly changed them. She also fixed the hot water whenever needed. The breakfast idea was nice, served in the pretty private garden, but it was the same each day. There was only an eggs menu, with an extra charge. We didn’t complain or ask for anything else, as we went out with friends. The biggest issue was payment. We only found out at checkout that AMEX wasn’t accepted. With international customers nowadays, I think it should be. Thanks, Sophie, for addressing the issues we raised.
