Bora Bora Apartments

The location and pool were the only parts I liked. The room wasn’t very clean, and loud music went on all night, so sleeping was nearly impossible. There was no Wi-Fi in the room and no phone signal either, which left us unable to contact anyone outside. One woman at reception was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I later saw other, much nicer reception staff, but that first interaction really soured the stay. I didn’t enjoy it at all.

The decor had been updated, but our room had a strong musty smell. Wi-Fi didn’t reach that far, and the air conditioning shut off after three hours on its timer. That made it uncomfortable to sleep through the night.

The bathroom sink overflowed, and neither the cleaners nor staff helped. The pool doesn’t allow parties, and the place is far too expensive for what you get. The man at reception was rude and swore at me in Spanish. A horrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

We didn’t stay here, just came to the restaurant for lunch to avoid the eye-watering prices at Hard Rock Hotel’s restaurants. The food was fresh, not frozen, and reasonably priced, with quick service. It was also one of the few places open in the area in the low season at the end of April. Definitely recommend it for an easy, affordable meal.
