The sea and pool views made the place feel really relaxing, and the apartments were clean with a handy basic kitchen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A massage by the pool while a live DJ plays is a nice touch for the holiday mood. The shower handles could use some maintenance, though it didn’t spoil our stay. Noise was the downside. Some English guests played their own music loudly at the pool, then kept partying late in their rooms. With the discotecas nearby, I imagine this happens often. It’s a fun getaway if you’re into music and Ibiza nightlife.

The hotel looks really nice, especially its design and beachside setting, but the service doesn’t match a rate of 400 euro a night. We had to ask for room cleaning, toilet paper and refills of bottled water, and almost nothing was included. The service felt extremely basic for the price. Before July, the pool also closes at 7pm, which is very early. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at that rate, since nearby hotels offer better service and quality. It’s a pity, because this place could do so much more for its guests.

The staff’s kindness earned the five stars for me. Alex at reception and Lys in the dining room were especially friendly and efficient. The hotel is clean and well located, but the rooms feel very outdated. There’s only tap water, shampoo comes from wall dispensers instead of individual bottles, and dental kits aren’t in the rooms, though you can request them. Breakfast choices are limited, with no vegetables on the buffet unless you ask. Security needs improvement too: there are no cameras, and we had an unpleasant incident at night.

The pool is attractive and tastefully put together, and the drinks are good. I stayed four nights and had a great time. It’s just back from the main strip, so nights are fairly peaceful, while the taxi rank a few steps away makes getting around very convenient. The rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are good. They’re mostly in nice condition, though they could have been a little cleaner. There isn’t much natural light, especially downstairs. For the location and price, I thought it was a decent deal compared with other options.
