Cala Vadella Beachwalk Suites

A 10/10 place, and a 10/10 team. The location and rooms are great, but it’s the people running the place who really stand out. They’re so friendly, quick to communicate, and always available when you have a question. Thank you!

Our stay got off to a bad start. The apartment we were meant to stay in had several problems: water was leaking out of the boiler, the shower flooded the bathroom, and there was no hot water. We’d already spent hours waiting to get in, and at 3 pm the apartment still hadn’t been cleaned. The fridge didn’t cool, and there was no freezer. After we complained several times, the staff member tried to fob us off and wasn’t helpful at all. We felt awful. Even after we kept pushing, nothing was sorted out. We contacted the owner on WhatsApp, and they moved us to another apartment, where a curtain was the only thing separating the bedroom from the living room. We had no Wi-Fi for the entire stay, even though the bill listed a charge for it, and the whole family ended up using our roaming data. We also had the same bath towels for all five nights. The price was far too high for what we actually got. The only good things were the peace and the location, and I wouldn’t stay here again. About the response to my review: I gave it two stars because nothing I described was made up. Everything in my comment happened. We travelled as a family, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the upstairs apartments. We were honest about the payment too. It was charged on the booking website on the day we made the reservation, but nobody charged us directly. We left, and only weeks later did they contact us asking us to pay. They even tried to justify what happened during our holiday. Just sad.
