We had a really enjoyable six-night stay. The hotel’s reception team gave us top-tier service, especially Szandra, Isadora, and Carolina, who went above and beyond to look after us. It’s a modern, tastefully decorated place that feels sleek and welcoming. The room’s smart technology was a real plus: we could easily cast our phones to the TVs in both the bedroom and living room, which made it feel like home. The rooftop pool is stunning, with some of the best sunset views we’ve seen. The well-equipped gym also looks over the bay, making morning workouts much more enjoyable. Two things affected our comfort. The hotel is somewhat isolated, so having a car feels almost necessary, yet parking across the road costs €10 a day. We felt that fee was unnecessary and that free parking for guests would be a nice gesture. Also, our room got extremely hot at night, reaching 22-23°C. Since it was out of season, the air conditioning had been switched off centrally, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Whatever the month, guests should be able to cool their rooms to a comfortable temperature. It’s a beautiful hotel with a world-class team. If they sorted out the seasonal AC issue and reconsidered the parking fee, it would be a perfect five-star stay.

Really nice hotel, with an amazing rooftop pool and restaurant. We were travelling with kids, who can’t use the roof pool, but the ground-level pool is nice too. Good location.

The neighborhood is ugly, so renting a car helps and makes it no problem. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated, with nice rooms and an amazing rooftop. Just be aware that kids aren’t allowed up there.

The rooftop pool, wow, we loved it. Add in amazing sunset views, a great location, modern stylish interiors, fantastic breakfasts and really good food overall, plus a good gym. We loved all of it!
