Grand Palladium White Island Resort Hotel and Spa - All Inclusive

The kids club and entertainment were fantastic, and it’s a great hotel for children. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel was very clean overall. The beach is right behind it, and the airport is just a five-minute drive away. We loved our stay and couldn’t fault it. The hotel is lovely and in a great location.

This was our fourth visit and our second time booking direct. We had a great week, and the staff really do their best for you. The hotel is well located for the beach and clubs within walking distance, though some rooms and other areas are starting to feel tired and could use a revamp. I appreciated being offered room options based on a request I made before arriving. As a coeliac traveller, I know catering can be tricky, and the hotel tries hard to help. There are still things they could improve: accurate food labels in the restaurants and on the app menus, more options for coeliacs, especially desserts, and something besides fruit in the new sorts area. Naiara Fuentes made the trip especially successful. She worked incredibly hard to help us have the best holiday. After meeting her on our last trip in June this year, she went above and beyond before we arrived, working with me on a bespoke menu and coordinating with the kitchen so my dietary needs were handled safely. She remembered I’d really wanted paella in June, when it wasn’t possible, and made sure I got it this time. A thoughtful delivery and lovely note in our room made us feel valued. She absolutely made our holiday. She’s a real credit to the team, and I hope to return next year.

The spa was the standout for me. Ana gave me a massage and was skilled and professional, making it a really relaxing experience. The beach was clean, and the food was good, though booking the premium dining area was difficult, so I ate at the buffet most of the time. Service elsewhere was great, but the rooms were poorly lit and the bell staff came across as a bit rude and less friendly than I’d hoped.

September felt just right for a relaxed, cozy stay, with fewer people around but still lovely live music and spectacular night shows. Our child had a great time at the kids’ club, and thanks to Carla, Rocío, Samuel, Guadalupe, Paula and Laura for always greeting him warmly and taking such loving care of him. The facilities and room were clean, pleasant and in very good condition. We had a great stay.
