Hotel Boutique Ses Pitreras

The relaxed, chilled-out atmosphere at Ses Pitreras gave me some very happy memories, and I’ll return one day to make more. I stayed a week in July 2025. My room was beautifully presented, very clean, and had a great feel to it. The facilities in both the room and hotel were high-spec, and the room was cleaned a couple of times each day. They even left treats and gifts, which were a happy little distraction. The food was high quality, tasty, and beautifully presented. My only small gripe was that sometimes it took a little longer to arrive, but when it did, it was worth the wait. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Toni, Valerie, and of course Marta, who made it feel like a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for Toni, and Marta made the mornings and early afternoons that little bit special.

I’m having a very unsatisfying experience with Ses Pitreras. My room was booked as non-cancellable, and I understand the hotel’s position on refusing a refund. A week before we were due to arrive, my pregnant wife developed medical issues that meant we couldn’t travel. I explained what happened in good faith and only asked whether a refund might be possible if they managed to resell the room. Given the circumstances, that seemed fair to me. I sent several requests, but the replies avoided clearly saying no and basically ignored that possibility. The hotel may be within its rights, but in such a sad situation I expected some flexibility, or at least a chance to speak with the manager, as I asked. Instead, we mostly got silence and formal, administrative responses. It felt like a clear lack of humanity.

What stood out most was the staff. They went out of their way for my wife and me, arranging taxis, getting dinner reservations at places that were fully booked online, and advising us on where to go around the island. The facilities are excellent, but that level of service made the trip. We spent 12 days at Hotel Ses Pitreras for our honeymoon. We arranged a private transfer to skip the long taxi queue at Ibiza airport. The hotel owner, Alberto, collected us in a lovely VW id.buzz, and the drive took about 25-30 minutes. We were blown away by the hotel, the staff, and the room when we arrived. We booked the magnificent Attic Room, which I’d highly recommend to couples. Breakfast each day was delicious, with a choice of juices, small portions of meats and cheeses, pastries, and a main breakfast dish. It’s a hidden gem for luxury and relaxation, a perfect oasis. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel at home and help us relax. Antonio deserves special thanks. He was a true professional and absolutely amazing from our first moment to the last, and we really appreciated it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ses Piteras. It’s an excellent place to rest, with superb indoor and outdoor decor.
