Jet Apartments

The location is great, right on the beach, and the AC worked very well. But the pool area is ugly, and charging hotel guests for sunbeds is ridiculous. The rooms are big, though they were never properly clean. There was hair and sand on the floor when we arrived, and they don't even wash the dishes. There wasn't a sponge, detergent, or kitchen cloth so we could do it ourselves. The hair dryer barely worked, so bring your own. We managed for a night or two, but the reception staff were very rude and unfriendly. It costs far too much for what you get, and I definitely wouldn't return.

Daytime staff were friendly and welcoming, but the night shift made this feel like a one-star stay. There was a reception sign saying guests couldn't enter after 10pm, yet I saw some people let in later, often with escorts waiting outside. I'm not sure if there was some arrangement, but it felt unfair and inappropriate when regular guests were turned away. The constant banging and cleaning noise from housekeeping made it hard to rest in the room. Pool mattresses also cost 15 euros, supposedly including a drink, and they only took cash. That felt like a cheap beach club trick, not something you'd expect from a hotel. With strange rules, extra charges for basic things, and poor management, I wouldn't recommend staying again.

The location is lovely, close to the beach and restaurants, but the building we stayed in was farther from the beach and had a pool in such bad shape that we didn't want to use it. Every night there were cockroaches crawling around our room. When we told reception, they said they can come in from outside and that they'd spray. For what we paid, I expected an apology or some compensation. Instead, they said there was no proof unless we brought a dead cockroach to reception. We hadn't complained about the poor room condition during the stay and tried to enjoy the holiday, even though the equipment was poor and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The room didn't match the price.

The pool was mostly empty and had no atmosphere even in late July, despite how it looked online. You also pay extra each day for the sunbeds at the hotel's own pool, which seems ridiculous for the price and service. The required wristband has to stay on for the whole stay and can't be removed. Most staff, especially on the night shift, were rude and unhelpful. The woman who checked us in was the exception, polite and professional. We were told guests weren't allowed because of hotel policy, though this hadn't been mentioned at check-in or on the booking page. Our guests were then kicked out very disrespectfully, while other people were being let in with escorts from the street. It felt completely unfair. The sheets and towels smelled bad, which made us question the cleanliness. There are better places in the area for the same price. I won't be back.
