Occidental Ibiza - All Inclusive

The entertainers Rita and Fiona were a real highlight at Occidental Ibiza. They were cheerful, welcoming and full of energy, making the activities and entertainment lots of fun and our holiday more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, the facilities were great, and staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay, would definitely recommend it and hope to return.

The location is a bit out of the way, as we knew when booking, so we hired a car and that worked perfectly. We had a great stay: the rooms were lovely and spotless, the staff very friendly, and the food tasty. It was a nice touch that they served branded drinks as well as local options. A couple of things could be better: some meals could have been warmer, and the dishwasher seemed to leave plates and glasses wet or not quite clean.

The facilities were all kept in good shape, and both the rooms and food were great. Fiona on the entertainment team was especially helpful, keeping us updated on what was happening around the complex.

The entertainment team were fantastic with the children, whether they were working through a packed August schedule or the smaller October team. They kept going all day, and the bar staff worked hard too, following the rules while making sure everyone had drinks. We’ve been twice this year, once at the height of the season in August and again last week in October, when Ibiza was winding down. There were fewer staff in October, but they worked incredibly hard. The food was fine and there was always an impressive range to choose from. The hotel is well managed and suits different tastes. It’s close to the airport and within walking distance of the centre of San Antonio Bay, a handy location for getting around Ibiza. We’ve visited the island several times, and this is definitely the hotel we’d return to. I’ll be back soon.
