Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel - Adults Only

The little on-site restaurant served tasty lunches, and there were luxury sunbeds available each day. The in-house DJ played fab music, while the attentive, friendly staff and helpful management made everything easy. The whole team seemed happy to work together. The hotel was very clean, and I had an excellent holiday at Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel. I’ll be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Manolete, the waiter with the mustache, explained the Concept Group universe to us, and that helped us enjoy the experience to the fullest. I stayed here for a few days and had an absolutely amazing time. Concept Hotels are incredible, and I’d recommend the experience. Thanks, Manolete. We hope to see you again soon. It wouldn’t have been the same without you! 🥰

The bathroom had a very strong sewer smell, which made it unpleasant to use. Housekeeping was minimal: they made the bed and folded the towels, but left everything else dirty and untidy. Breakfast was disappointing too, both the selection and quality were below expectations, with nothing particularly appealing or even acceptable. The bright spot was the staff at reception and in the breakfast area. Alba was especially welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful every morning. Aside from her and some of the front-of-house staff, the hotel fell far short on cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality.

The glass room open to everyone is such a bold idea: you can spend 24 hours in a fully transparent room where everyone can see you. It captures the spirit of Paradiso perfectly. The hotel feels like a retro trip to the 70s and 80s, with art, design, and creativity running through everything. It’s the most artistic hotel I’ve stayed in, and I love the vibe. The food is great, the design is beautiful, and the pools are top-tier. The staff are friendly, cool, and welcoming too. I love Paradiso Hotel and would come back without hesitation.
