The rooms were kept clean by a lovely housekeeping team, and every staff member was professional and went above and beyond. Julio at the hotel desk sorted out our room without any trouble at all. The place has a sophisticated, artistic take on vintage Miami style, with great food, delicious drinks, and an incredible atmosphere. To me, this is the most fabulous hotel on the island. I’d highly recommend a stay, and I’ll certainly come back to Los Felices. 💖

The cocktails were 10/10, the food was delicious, and the pool was huge and comfortable. We spent three days at Los Felices and loved the atmosphere. The only downside was the woman at the bar cashier, wearing a different shirt. I assume she was the supervisor. She was quite unfriendly and shouted at a waiter in front of us. The waiters, though, were respectful and very attentive.

We were there for seven days, and the whole place was presented really well. The rooms were exceptional, the pools and atmosphere were brilliant, and service was great. Every staff member was friendly and helpful throughout. My girlfriend and I would both stay again. Thanks.

I had a disappointing stay at Los Felices Ibiza from beginning to end. The hotel may have a charming, fancy design for nice Instagram photos, but that was about all I got from it. The handling of a simple lost item request was especially frustrating and left me feeling I’d encountered dishonesty and incompetence. After checking out, I realized I’d left a personal item in the room and contacted the hotel right away. They said they’d look into it, then confirmed they had the item and would tell me what to do. They asked me to arrange a courier to collect and ship it home, so I booked FedEx and gave the hotel the pickup date and time. They confirmed it. After the scheduled pickup, the hotel said the package was on its way, but FedEx sent no updates. I followed up several times and got vague, conflicting answers. Eventually the hotel said the package had been returned to them, opened and without the item. But FedEx confirmed to me that the hotel had not handed any package to the courier. That leaves me with one conclusion: staff kept telling me they had done everything right when they hadn’t. Management showed a shocking lack of accountability. Each new person gave me a slightly different story, and it seemed nobody was keeping track. Eventually they stopped replying altogether, saying they weren’t liable and had done everything right. The item is now permanently lost, which I attribute entirely to their incompetence and lack of accountability. Once you’ve checked out, it’s clear they don’t care. There was no responsibility, no effort to fix things, and not even basic courtesy. Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of hotels in Ibiza, and Los Felices isn’t worth your money, time, or trust.
