Aparthotel Vibra Monterrey

The staff were so kind, patient, and supportive, even with our rather crazy group. We were only there for two nights, but it felt like a month because we had such a wonderful time. They even rescued us so quickly when we got stuck in the elevator 🤣. The atmosphere and scenery were amazing, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful stay. Just hope you don’t get a group like ours 😂😂😂. Thanks again for all your patience and care. A big hug to everyone.

Olivia, who worked the morning front desk, was a real help during my stay. She treated everyone with respect and handled things with professionalism, friendliness, and skill. She was great at multitasking and finding solutions. She deserves mentoring and a path toward management.

I’d booked a flexible reservation, with payment due three days beforehand, but had forgotten I’d changed credit cards, so the payment didn’t go through. The hotel emailed me in Spanish, which I don’t speak, saying I had three hours to pay through a link. The email came at 2 PM on Monday while I was working, and I wasn’t checking my personal inbox. Nobody called, and they cancelled my reservation three days before I was due to arrive. I saw the message around 6 PM and called the hotel, but they couldn’t help. I ended up having to book a more expensive hotel at the last minute. If you want a stress-free holiday, don’t stay here.

A lovely, clean apartment, with daily cleaning and a staff member always there if you need help. Shops, restaurants, and bars are a five-minute walk away, and the beach is seven minutes away. Lovely location. I’d highly recommend Aparthotel Vibra Monterrey 😊💖
