The hotel is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in for the price, and the rooms and overall look are excellent. I changed my rating to four stars after thinking it over. Staff were great. Breakfast was great too, while dinner was a standard hotel buffet: nicely presented, but some dishes were hit and miss, and drinks were expensive. The main annoyance was the lack of free drinking water, especially around the spa and gym, where a dispenser would make a big difference. The kitchen tap water tasted a bit brackish, and at check-in we got one 2 litre bottle. I’m used to living somewhere that requires free drinking water, so perhaps that shaped my reaction. Given the hotel’s quality and room prices, I can understand why water and soft drinks aren’t free, as it’s a business. Still, I think a basic water dispenser and plastic cups in the gym or spa, even with a small increase in the nightly rate, would improve the stay a lot.

The pool was spacious, with plenty of sunbeds, so there was no need to rush out and claim one in the morning. We had lots of fun, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean, big thanks to the cleaning lady, and breakfast was delicious. It could use more variety, though. It was fine for three days, but might get boring on a longer stay. I spotted some fairly large cockroaches around the pool in the evening. The location was amazing, close to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. We always managed to find a free street parking spot.

Shops are just around the corner, with the beach and nearby restaurants close by too, so it’s a lovely place to stay in Cala Millor. Staff were friendly and attentive, and there was a great choice of lovely food during the day and at breakfast. On our last day we booked the VIP area, which has private beds and its own pool. I’d recommend it if you want somewhere quieter to relax.

Our junior suite had incredible views, and the location right by the sea was perfect. We especially liked the food and the pool. Reception staff weren’t rude, but they could have been more welcoming and customer friendly.

We had no complaints and a perfect stay in the Junior Premium Suite. Its private terrace and pool were shared with just four other suites, and the suite had its own sunbed. There’s a phone beside the pool for quick bar service.
