So disappointing! There were loads of rules, but no cleaning service to speak of. We stayed nine nights and only had our towels changed once, even though the rules said they would be changed every three days. The bed linen was supposed to be changed on the same schedule, but it never was.

Our room was tiny, with only about 40 cm to get around the bed, and you could reach the TV on the wall from there. We were on the ground floor and had to step up from the patio to get inside. The door wouldn't close. They told us not to worry because there were cameras. Stay away.

We paid 150 euros a night, but the room wasn't ready for check-in. We had to come back twice and ask the cleaners ourselves. There was no hot water, the sink was blocked, and there wasn't enough toilet paper. The bathroom and toilet window opened onto another room's terrace. Thanks for the rip-off.

We had a very good place to sleep for three days. The location was really good too.

Good value for the money, and a great location in punta prima.
