Càmping Els Roures

The staff made this week away especially good, particularly the two men serving breakfast. They were attentive, welcoming, and happy to help. We stayed in a very new bungalow with my wife, our three kids, and our dog. The pool was lovely, the laundry facilities were great, and the location worked well for day trips around the area.

There was plenty to do in the lovely surroundings, with activities, children's entertainers, and helpful hosts, staff, and residents. The facilities include pools, a spa, hostel, bar, restaurant, chalets, and a games room. The toilet, shower, and washing blocks always had hot water, along with baby-changing rooms and modern fittings.

The heated 25 m pool had a lane for lap swimming, and there was a separate shallow pool for kids. In the new family area, the excellent bungalows all face a playground and have their own BBQs. Wi-Fi was good, though reception varied by spot and wasn't suitable for streaming. We also enjoyed the restaurant's seasonal dishes and the small spa, which allows one complimentary hour-long visit for up to 10 people. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A great place for a few laid-back days.

Great food and service, with lovely people and a beautiful setting among the mountains and villages. This family-friendly campsite has lots of summer activities for adults and kids, plus a little spa and a gorgeous pool. The quality was good across the board. Best camping trip ever.
