We had a very good mixed paella for two, along with steak and a fish soup, beef cheek, and prawn combination. It was a quiet Sunday night in the courtyard restaurant attached to the hotel. The new French owners seem lovely, and I hope things go well for them. I'd recommend it.
The rooms were spotless, and the woman looking after the cleaning was caring and very polite. But the room was really hot for the first three days because the air conditioning wasn't working. When we told the owner, he didn't seem pleased or very polite about it.
We'd definitely come back for another evening in that lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious and made with local products, the kitchen was excellent, and the service was lovely. A fabulous restaurant.
The staff were friendly, and the rooms were great, with air conditioning, free WiFi, and a mini fridge. That fridge is a must in August. Definitely a great place to stay.
The fixed-price menu is terrific value, and the food quality is wonderful.
