Comfortable hotel.

My family and I went in today to ask about having lunch, including my uncle, who lives nearby. The waiter at the entrance treated him with such disdain and seemed completely uninterested. There was a really classist attitude to it, and it was disgraceful. A free tip: show respect to everyone who comes in, whether they’re dressed in a suit or not. That matters even more when they’re a local.

The weekday set menu costs €14, but our meal was a really bad experience. There was only one waiter, and he seemed clearly overworked. We waited 40-50 minutes for the first course. Most of the food was acceptable, but the meat was a little burnt and tasted like charcoal, and the side was ridiculous, just six boiled potatoes (photo attached). Then the cheesecake was the worst I’ve ever had. It looked like it had come straight from the microwave.
