I chose this place and paid more because the listing showed a bath in the room. It mattered to me, especially for a longer stay, as I was looking forward to relaxing with a proper bath. But when I arrived, I found I couldn’t use it. I contacted the Airbnb management company. At first, they said there was a general water supply problem in the area. Several locals told me that wasn’t true. I later confirmed the actual issue was that the boiler was far too small to provide enough hot water to fill the bath, so it was effectively unusable. I feel misled and disappointed. I booked in good faith, trusting that the advertised features would be available and working, especially one that was so central to my decision. The location is really good and the decor is refined. The company support was friendly, even though they weren’t completely honest about the apartment’s features.

The apartment seemed very pleasant at first, then turned into a real disappointment. We booked through booking.com after filtering for a bathtub, and paid extra for the room because the listing photos showed one. The hot water was limited to what they said was 80 liters, not enough even for their own suggested 100 liters to fill a tub sized at 230 liters. We couldn’t get enough warm water for the first shower. They kindly sent a technician to address it, but did so in the morning while we were still asleep, despite having already agreed not to send anyone before we left. They also said water above 30°C wasn’t allowed for the apartment and suggested taking a cool bath. We hadn’t known that. The apartment itself was quite nice, but this seriously marred our stay. They also offered a refund, which never arrived.

The location was good, but ventilation was very poor. Airbnb charged a €100 bond that hasn’t been refunded, which left me feeling scammed. I’ve used Airbnb for over five years without issues, so this left a really disgusting taste in my mouth. I’d recommend booking somewhere else through another provider.

Newly renovated and centrally located, with a flat that feels like home and is superbly equipped. The WiFi was excellent, and I could telework with music on Sonos and a great TV.

The apartment is brand new, with really stylish decor, and close to everything, from shopping to the beach and nightlife. A great place to stay, highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
