The long-term tenants were friendly and helpful, and the place is convenient for Our Lady of Candelaria Hospital. There isn't much else nearby, though. We had a shared kitchen and an outdoor area facing a busy road. The room was very basic, with a jumble of used furniture, makeshift wardrobes, and cheap accessories. Our bed could use a new mattress. The private bathroom was next door, and both it and our bedroom had to stay locked because they were accessible from a public area.

Razvan and Francesca were warm, helpful hosts. They suggested places to visit, restaurants, and ways to get around. The bus and tram are close by, and the north has some truly beautiful, striking spots to see. We stayed for more than a week while exploring Tenerife and found the place comfortable and affordable for what you get. Breakfast was better than expected, with plenty of choices available through the day, not just in the morning. Thanks, guys.

The building had everything we needed, and whenever we had questions about activities or needed information about Tenerife, the owners were happy to help. We also got a very warm welcome and found the owner so friendly. Thanks for everything. I'm sure we'll see each other again. Keep up the good work, it matters to travelers to know there's someone they can count on in a new place.

The host was lovely and pointed us toward nearby attractions and good restaurants. Our room was very clean, and the location was quiet and well placed. I really liked it, highly recommend.

The owners were kind and helpful, and suggested a place to eat that turned out delicious. We only spent one night here, but it seemed like a great option for a longer visit too.
