Las Gaviotas Beach I

This was the worst studio and rental experience I’ve had. Do not book Home2Book Cozy Seaside Studio with Stunning Views in Las Gaviotas Playa Chica. The flat was run-down and smelled awful, and water was leaking onto electrical equipment, which put my health at risk. The equipment was old and broken too. Home2Book charged exorbitant prices, and I found the company’s practices dishonest and focused on financial gain rather than service quality or client safety. I was left waiting outside in the street for three hours because the flat wasn’t clean or ready. They failed to meet the service agreement in the Airbnb contract. I’ve used Airbnb for 11 years, and this was the first time I needed to contact its emergency team for help. I doubt I’ll return to Tenerife after this harmful experience. The Canarian government should look into tourism sector practices. Companies like Home2Book give Tenerife a bad reputation. The Canary Islands are on the list of “Where tourists should not travel in 2025,” and island overcrowding and related problems with holiday rentals, like what I experienced, surely add to this sad situation.
