A Casoa II

The area is spectacular, and the house has a lovely traditional feel and is clearly well maintained. We stayed for a week and had a great time. Catucha was warm and welcoming, and gave us all the information we needed about the area. Our room was a little small, though.

We were very comfortable during our stay with friends over the Pilar holiday weekend. The hosts were wonderful, always attentive and full of information about what we could visit nearby. We liked the house and enjoyed dinner. We’d definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.

We hiked the "Forcón de los Ríos" trail, which starts from the house, and the route was spectacular. A Casoa completely won us over during our weekend there. Our room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had amazing views. The hosts were so kind and attentive, and dinner was well worth recommending too. We’ll definitely come back.

Santalla is a beautiful, exemplary village, and the peace and scenery are hard to match. But what we miss most already is our Catus. The two hosts look after every little detail, and you stop feeling like a guest and start feeling part of A Casoa. Breakfasts in the historic room, with those lovely views and all the different flavors, were spectacular. Breakfast and dinner were both a treat for the senses. Thank you for your care, the way you treated us, and the personal touch you bring to running the place.
