The breakfast is famous for good reason, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Can Guillem has a peaceful, convenient setting and great amenities. We’ve been coming for more than ten years, and it’s still our favourite place to stay in Ibiza.

We had a really enjoyable stay in a huge, beautiful room. The old finca sits quietly in the countryside, just where you’d want it.

10/10
The breakfast buffet was fresh, tasty, and thoughtfully laid out each morning. Santa Gertrudis is only about 8 minutes away, with its restaurants and shops, and the sea is around 15 minutes away. We spent three nights here with our family of five and were surprised by how lovely the whole stay was. The houses have been renovated with care, keeping their charm while still being comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was perfect on hot summer days. Can Guillem is surrounded by nature and feels wonderfully peaceful, with an authentic Ibiza atmosphere. It felt like we could properly switch off. We’d definitely come back.

The family who run this lovely place were warm, sociable, and helpful. We had a very positive first trip to Ibiza with the children. It’s central but still in a quiet spot. See you next time, adios.

The property itself is beautiful, which makes the way I was treated all the more upsetting. Service was very poor, with little interest or communication. I had to wait to get my room at check-in, then wait again at checkout while the person responsible was busy. Even though I was first, they ignored the queue and went straight to the Spanish customers. Nobody helped with my suitcase, and the room wasn’t very clean. The whole stay was disappointing.
