The gardens and pool are lovely, and the staff were helpful. The bungalows are simple but comfortable, just right for a laid-back weekend. Great location, too.

Can Marquet was a dream, and on the first day and night it gave me exactly the peace I wanted for my week away. Room No. 5 was clean and spacious, though a little dark because it didn’t have large windows. The service was first-class, and breakfast had plenty of variety. Then the next day, techno music from the neighboring villa carried into the pool area and my room. Maybe I’m oversensitive, but I couldn’t read in peace, and that ended any chance of relaxing. I spent the afternoon near the front of the bar area, where it was relatively quiet. By evening, it was clear management couldn’t stop the noise, which probably wouldn’t end before midnight, so I had to find somewhere else to stay. The Can Marquet management understood, and I really appreciated getting a refund for the unused days. Even somewhere quiet can have bad neighbors. Ibiza didn’t turn out to be a dream destination for someone looking for peace, and it feels like bad manners and a lack of respect are becoming more common.

The two women managing the hotel were kind and patient, and their care made a big difference. My husband was sick during our stay, and they kindly made him herbal tea with herbs from the garden. We spent three nights here in September 2024 and loved the clean, comfortable, private bungalow. Breakfast was buffet style, with lots of choice. The hotel’s central position made it a great base for exploring the island, and the town was nearby. We highly recommend Yalla for wonderful Mediterranean food. We loved our stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

The pool was lovely, and we enjoyed the clothing-optional rule, which saved us from tan lines. Max and his female colleague were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially the vegan croissants and fresh orange juice. We slept really well in the quiet bungalows, and the beds were comfortable. They’re fairly basic, so don’t expect luxury, but we were happy there. The hot shower worked well and the air conditioning did too. Some parts of the place feel tired and could use some investment, though it has rustic charm. You’ll need a car or moped to stay here. With one, it’s a great base for exploring.
