Can Skye

The people at Can Skye made us feel at home straight away. Their hospitality stood out throughout our stay, with thoughtful recommendations, friendly conversations, and a smile whenever we needed something. We stayed in the peaceful hills near San Carlos, and the calm, warm feeling of the place made the whole Ibiza trip unforgettable. The bright rooms had natural decor and lovely countryside views, with the sea in the distance. We woke to birdsong and the smell of lavender. Breakfast outdoors in the sunshine was a daily highlight, with fresh fruit and juice, homemade jams, and delicious coffee. We also liked the attention to sustainability and wellness, from the organic garden to the quiet yoga space and wonderful infinity pool. Can Skye has authentic charm and is a deeply relaxing place. We can’t recommend it enough, and we’re already dreaming of returning. Thank you, Anna and Can Skye team, for such a lovely stay.

It feels like an open house with family vibes, not a hotel. The caring stuff, good energy, and chickens in the garden made it comfortable and cosy, and I felt at home. I loved every day and will come back.

The communal spaces at Can Skye were lovely and relaxed, and breakfast had a great vibe. I especially appreciated the tea, coffee and snack kitchenette, which made the place feel like home. Since I’m dairy intolerant, Olivia kindly arranged dairy-free milk, cheese and butter, and breakfast was excellent value. As a woman travelling alone, feeling safe and comfortable matters a lot to me, and I felt right at home here. The pool was spotless, my bedroom was clean and just the right temperature, and I slept until nearly 10 most days, which is very unusual for me. La Dalias hippy market is an easy walk, with San Carles a little farther on for cafes, restaurants and shops. Taxis were easy to get if you don’t want to rent a car. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m back in Ibiza. Thank you 😊

The Can Skye team made our week there really lovely. You can tell they run the hotel with a lot of care, and we’d recommend staying here. It’s well placed for getting to the area’s beaches and popular spots, which worked especially well for our short visit. The grounds were so relaxing, with birds singing, chickens and their little chicks wandering around, and a rooftop pool where we could soak up the sun and unwind all day.
