Club Can Jordi

We booked four nights, but a delayed flight meant we couldn't arrive on the first day. By the time we finally got there after a long journey and several replacement flights, the hotel had canceled the entire stay without asking us or letting us know. We had nowhere to sleep that night. They then offered us a room for the next night at double the original price. The hotel was very inflexible, and I was shocked that they canceled a four-night booking before we arrived without communicating with us. I'd suggest avoiding this accommodation.

The outside looks nice and the location is great, but we definitely won't be back. We had to change rooms three times. The air con didn't work in the first room. In the second, it worked but made a loud noise for several seconds every 20-30 min, enough to keep us awake. Staff said all the air con units were like that and it was normal, but we know what normal air con sounds like, and this wasn't it. After 2 night we told them we couldn't sleep there, and they moved us to a third room where the AC was indeed normal. The beds felt like military beds and the pillows were hard. Breakfast was the same every day, just eggs, hot watermelon and toast, so no surprises. The woman who was around at breakfast was the owner. She chatted with everyone else but didn't even say good morning to us. I don't think that's the way to run your business.

A lovely, quiet family-owned hotel, with really friendly service and everything kept clean and tidy. The big swimming pool has a bar and pool tables. Breakfast was fresh and simple. Overall, super. Thank you very much, till next time.

Can Jordi was such a relaxing place to stay, and I'd return in a heartbeat. I loved the garden, peaceful atmosphere, views and pool, as well as breakfast, dinner and good wine. The management and staff gave great service, and the cleaners were excellent too. For this budget, I couldn't find many places in Ibiza like it. All round, a beautiful experience. You don't need a car if you're happy to stay put. For visiting other beaches or markets, a car or scooter is a good idea.
