Grand Hotel Palladium

The pools were a real treat. Even with several families around, they never felt crowded or noisy, and a few times we had them all to ourselves. With both indoor and outdoor pools, it almost felt like a private villa. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views. Our room was gorgeous, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely big balcony where we could relax and take in the view. Across our five nights and six days, the staff were attentive and welcoming from arrival to departure. They checked us in right away, stored our luggage, and let us have a meal before going to the room. The kitchen was nearly closing but still made us a Chateaubriand. It was one of the best steaks we've ever had, and we consider ourselves steak connoisseurs. We usually like trying different restaurants, but after one meal elsewhere that was loud, busy, and slow, we stuck with the hotel restaurant. The menu had plenty of delicious options, served promptly in a relaxed setting with beautiful scenery. Everything was cooked in house and perfectly. Breakfast was another highlight, with a big buffet ranging from fresh fruit to Full English favorites like bacon, eggs, and hash browns. On our last morning I burned my arm on a heater. It was my own fault, but the staff quickly brought soothing cream and bandaged me, then insisted I take the cream with me. They'd have gladly changed the bandage later if we hadn't been checking out. Their care was touching. We felt so looked after. We'd thought Ibiza might be too party-oriented for us, but this stay changed our minds. Siesta and the hotel gave us a lovely mix of peace, comfort, and great service. Thanks to all the staff for making the trip unforgettable. We can't wait to return! We had a sea-view terrace with sunbeds for a small extra charge, which was lovely to have. The hotel also has direct access to the sea and a small beach, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. It was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. All the staff were welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was just right, with a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. We only stayed a few nights, but would happily return if we're in the area. Thank you.

We arrived around midnight in the last week of May 2025 for my 50th birthday celebration. The receptionist welcomed us and surprised us with a bottle of chilled champagne and some delicious fruit. The hotel is in a great spot in Santa Eulalia, with a lovely local beach just minutes away. The staff took great care of us, and Maria's bright smile at breakfast made our day. We enjoyed the pool, and the hotel food was excellent, with generous portions of bar and poolside dishes. A superb experience from start to finish. I can't recommend this hotel enough and can't wait to come back.

The hotel is older, but very clean, and the sea is lovely. There are two pools, one indoor with fresh water and one outdoor with seawater. Service was excellent, and breakfast was really tasty with lots of options.
