Hostal Los Pinos

It's a pleasant hostal in a good spot, not far from public parking, and the price seemed fair. But I left my old laptop on the desk in my room on the morning I checked out. I called the owner and came back later, only to be told the person who handled checkout hadn't seen it. She even claimed I'd had it with me when I checked out, which wasn't true. I never picked it up because it's too big to carry by hand. Lose something valuable here and, like at any bad place in the world, it seems you won't get it back.

Es Cana is a family-friendly area, though it's a bit far from the spots where younger people go. The rooms are nice and clean, but service felt lacking because there's no 24-hour reception and they don't always answer the phone.

The rooms and bathrooms were really clean. The decor is plain and simple, but for the price, you can't really complain.

It's okay, but nothing special. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours very clearly.
