The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi, which was patchy and hard to connect to. Otherwise, it's a good three-star hotel with a brilliant location in lovely Es Canar. Popeyes is a great bar with entertainment every night, just two minutes away, and Charlies by the sea is about five minutes on foot. The food was probably the best part. There was lots of choice at breakfast, lunch and supper: the usual English fry-up items, usually an omelette or pancake, plus fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries and cold meats. Afternoon snacks included pizza, vegetable spring rolls, hotdogs and nachos. The pizza was a bit dodgy, but the others were lovely, and ice lollies were available all day. There are three pools, one for kids and two others, plus a sunbed terrace. We never had trouble finding sunbeds, though we were there at the end of October, so summer might be different. Some rooms have been upgraded and cost more. Cleaners came daily to make the bed, clean and bring fresh towels when needed.

One of the best three-star hotels I've stayed in over the last few years. It's definitely geared towards English guests, with a great animation team, plenty of food and good-quality drinks. Tip: pay extra for a pool-view room.

The location worked really well, with shops, restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and beach all about a ten-minute walk away. Our first family holiday abroad was a long weekend here, and we came home with only positive feelings. From the moment we arrived, the hotel looked immaculate, spacious and bright. The young woman at reception was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered our questions quickly. When we reported that the room fridge was broken, the staff knew my medication needed to be kept cold and brought us another fridge within ten minutes. The food was great, with something different each day, and we loved the salad bar. The all-inclusive snacks were a nice extra. The restaurant team made us feel welcome, and the manager made my son's day by giving him lollies. We honestly haven't experienced such a lovely atmosphere in a hotel before. They were willing to help with anything. Thank you, Ereso, for making our first trip abroad so enjoyable. I'd highly recommend it.

Really good location, great hotel and fabulous service. I'd rate it four stars rather than three. The pool was a little cold, and the little ones came out shivering.
