Ana deserves a special mention. She always has a smile, takes care of everything, and nothing seems too much trouble. The staff are wonderfully friendly and work hard. There's an excellent restaurant below the property, and the hostel itself is superbly appointed in Es Cana. You can stay in a comfortable apartment or choose bed and breakfast. Go, see, and enjoy!

The staff were welcoming, and the Wi-Fi worked very reliably. Breakfast was nice, with fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and bread. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and the location is central, close to the beach and right across from the bus stop. There was very little noise at night.

Anna was an amazing host, and we couldn't have been happier with this great hostel for our first trip to Ibiza. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. Definitely recommend it! :D +++

Anna made sure our late arrival was easy. We got in around 4am, and she'd already sent our room number, with the keys waiting for us since reception isn't staffed around the clock. The staff were so helpful: I asked for a kettle and it arrived ten minutes later, then requested extra pillows from the housekeeper, who was on another floor. When we came back from breakfast, every bed had more pillows. Fantastic location and management. I can't think of anything that could have improved our stay. Great value with five-star service.

The lunchtime menu del dia is very good value: three courses with wine for a set price, 11 euros in 2016. Highly recommended. Try the chicken soup to start.
