Swimming in the beautiful sea was a big highlight, and we loved the walk down to the waterfront. The area is lovely, with lots of nice restaurants and well-kept facilities that were clean, attractive and felt very safe. We absolutely loved our stay. The swim-up room was amazing, nicely decorated and supplied with everything we needed, all in great quality and style. It was lovely to have outdoor space to sit beside the pool. Breakfast had loads of food and drink choices and kept us going until dinner. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, and it was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned every day.

The restaurant was what made the stay unforgettable for us. Head chef Alberto clearly puts his heart into every dish, and the food felt full of love and passion as well as beautifully cooked. We ate there for every meal, from breakfast through dinner, and were blown away each time. The hotel itself is stunning and has a relaxed, chilled feel that made it easy to switch off. Our room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and thoughtful details helped us feel looked after. From check-in onward, the receptionists and the rest of the team were kind, attentive and welcoming. We left happy and cared for, already thinking about when we could come back. It’s rare for a place to leave such a lasting impression, but this one did.

We’d absolutely recommend this hotel. The whole team made our stay special, especially Sara and Alissa, and we’re very grateful. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. They were brilliant with our newborn and went out of their way to move us to a room at the shallower end of the swim-up pool when we asked. Nothing felt like too much trouble.

We walked into the city center most days, and the 20-minute trip felt easy and safe. The hotel worked really well with our 3-month-old: there was a camping bed and a nice bathtub in the room, and I could keep pumped milk in the restaurant fridge. Breakfast was the best buffet I’ve seen, with fresh smoked salmon, açaí, every kind of egg, and plenty more. Staff were friendly, the pools were beautiful, and the little gym had enough weights and kettlebells. The restaurant was good for lunch and dinner too.
