It’s expensive, and the location is far from the city. There’s no public transport, so we had to get a taxi. There was nobody at reception, and the owner doesn’t speak English. She was rude and unhelpful, and seemed to hate having guests around. Don’t try the food there. The room was basic, but had its own bathroom and a fridge, plus a TV with poor reception. The only things I liked were the air conditioning and being close to the beach and some nice restaurants.

The location is great, and both the room and the price were good, which is why I gave it 3 stars. The staff and family owners didn’t seem to know basic words like “hello,” “welcome,” “please,” “thank you,” or “I’m sorry.” When we first arrived, they just said, “pay now.” We also had issues with the room being cleaned. When we came back, the door was wide open and a wet, dirty towel had been left on the bed. No apology came. Just strange.

Very quiet and private, and clean. There are small shops within walking distance for the basics, plus some nice restaurants nearby. The beach is only 5 minutes away. Really good value for money!

The beds were veeeery comfy, and the room was spacious and nice. The owner was super friendly. Breakfast was simple but good, and the price was great. It’s in a great location, just a few minutes from the beach, with several different beaches easy to hike to.

The prices are great for Ibiza, and the location is really convenient. Everyone was lovely, and our room was clean. We’ll be back!
