Tres Torres Hotel

I’ve stayed at Tres Torres four or five times, usually for a week or longer, and it keeps impressing me. The staff are friendly, helpful, and seem to care about guests having a good stay. The restaurant serves great food at reasonable prices, and the modern resort has plenty of shared space. It’s right on the Santa Eulària boardwalk, within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants, plus a small, quiet sandy beach. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the showers have good pressure and hot water. They’re cleaned daily, and housekeeping brings fresh water bottles to the room each day. The sea views are lovely, the lifts are quick, and breakfast is excellent, with eggs, meat, fish, fruit, cereals, breads, and even avocados. With so much overpriced, poorly serviced accommodation in Ibiza, this place feels like a real gem. I almost want to keep it to myself so it doesn’t get overcrowded. Highly recommend it.

The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast had a good selection. The staff were great. We came in the off season, so the pool heating wasn’t on, but that didn’t bother us.

We had a lovely, quiet night, and the hotel and breakfast were both very good. The pool was nice, and the daytime reception team were great. The one letdown was the deafening disco music by the pool late at night on Sat Sep 6.

I left feeling shocked and deeply disappointed by what happened during my stay. A gold chain with a white cat pendant and a pair of gold earrings disappeared from my toiletry bag in the room. My other, non-gold jewellery was still there. I reported it at reception, and they said they would check the cameras and room access, but my belongings went missing while I was staying at the hotel. Guests shouldn’t have to question whether their things are safe in their own rooms. This was my experience, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through it. Think carefully before booking.
