Typic Sandic Apartments

The balcony was a favourite spot for breakfast because we could see the sea, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook or heat up takeaway. We were surprised by how much storage there was in the spacious apartment. Our family of four had a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom was roomy and had plenty of towels and toiletries. The bedroom faced the hallway, so we could hear people passing after returning from a party at night, though that wasn't the apartment's fault. In the living room, where the sofa bed was, we heard no noise. The apartment is in a great location, about a 10 minute walk from the beach, hippie market, ferry departure point, little tour train, bus and taxi stop. There are lots of restaurants and shops for food, clothes and souvenirs. Roxy bar downstairs had great service and good drinks, especially our favourite, the frozen piña colada. The pool is small compared with the bigger Ibiza hotels, but it suited us well: no fighting over sun loungers, and sometimes we had it to ourselves. Es Canar is a small town, but we loved it for its friendly people and everything a family holiday needs. We're very grateful to all the staff at Typic Sandic for being friendly and always willing to help. The service was beyond excellent, and we'll definitely return to the typic sandic if we're back in Ibiza.

The pool was a decent size and warm, and the rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Each bedroom and the kitchen lounge area had air conditioning. We had a roomy balcony and could even see the sea from our end. The location in Es Canar was convenient, just up the hill from the beach and towards the Hippy Market. The bar below didn't disturb us and was handy, while the supermarket across the road covered all our shopping needs.

A great base for getting around the Ibizan island, with the centre of Es Canar close by and plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment. The apartments were clean and lovely, with a good partial sea view. I'll be coming back very soon!

The staff made our stay really enjoyable and memorable. They were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and were considerate of the two disabled friends I accompanied, who appreciated how easy it was to get around. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect, with a lovely sea view. We especially enjoyed the home cooked breakfast in the morning and the evening atmosphere for drinks and tapas. Thank you.
