The apartment was clean, well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. We had two silent ceiling fans and a couple of floor-standing ones. The sea view from our ground-floor apartment was uninterrupted, just as we’d hoped. Kate and Richard were welcoming and helpful. There’s a supermarket a few metres up the road, with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The ferry to Sant Eulalia and Ibiza town is close, as is the sandy beach. Bring beach shoes if you plan to swim from the apartment. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Kate and Richard were so friendly, and the view from our room was amazing. We went to Ibiza for the first time in early May with my wife and our 10-month-old baby. The owners provided a travel cot and gave us lots of tips on places, beaches and restaurants to try, including options for my vegetarian wife. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return next year. Highly recommend!

I spent my 21st birthday in Ibiza and Kate and Richard made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment had everything we needed, was nicely furnished, and came with a great view over the jacaranda bar and sea. Between the friendliness, the apartment, the view and the price, it’s hard to beat. Really good value, and we’ll definitely book again next year. I’d give it five stars!

The sea view and breeze make these apartments lovely, and Kate and RICHARD always go out of their way to make your holiday special. They share tips on where to go and eat. Being able to use beach towels is a real bonus: it saves luggage space, and you can swap them regularly for fresh ones. I’d highly recommend staying here. Just gorgeous, with a terrace right by the sea. The apartments are the best, clean and spacious, with everything you need, including a kitchen and living room. What a wonderful place to stay.
