The room was quite large, comfortable, and clean, and the bathroom was nice too. Hot water ran very slowly on the first day, but improved the next. The staff were friendly, though they only spoke Spanish. There’s no reception desk, and availability is only by phone. It’s a nice, inexpensive place if you want to stay near Granada.

The beds were very comfortable and the people were friendly, but the cleanliness was awful. The microwave was full of food scraps, and the oven was even more disgusting. The kitchen appliances and utensils were unusable, so with two small children we had to eat every meal out. There was dust you could plainly see, and an unpleasant smell as soon as we entered.

Everything worked out fine, and I’d stay again if I’m nearby and need somewhere quick, comfortable, and inexpensive. It’s right by Santa Fe’s main street, with several places close by for breakfast, lunch, or a drink. The room was fine, with towels and soap, and the hotel is unpretentious. They gave us an entry code for both the hotel and room, so there was no key to carry. Checkout was easy too, just a WhatsApp message and it was done. Good value for the money, and you can book it here.

I’ve been here about seven times and haven’t had a single complaint. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the prices are very good, and everyone has been friendly.
