The place was in terrible shape: dirty and neglected, with no working hot water or Wi-Fi. Breakfast was ridiculous. We reported the problems to Booking.com. After the owner saw our review, she posted one about us, falsely claiming we'd left the room badly, and threatened to block us on Booking.com. Shameful.
