Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was there, and the place was very clean. I stayed for a couple of days, and the owner was courteous and helpful with everything I asked.

You get a lot of equipment for an inexpensive stay, plus a private underground parking space. Soundproofing is the one small drawback.
