Apartamentos Ses Roquetes

The receptionist was polite, professional and capable, and the apartment looked modern at first. The location is beautiful, with a great view and restaurants and shops close by. But once we looked more closely, we found the bathroom and beds were dirty, with hair and other debris on them. I told the receptionist, who kindly cleaned up and replaced the dirty items. The maintenance was the bigger concern. The toilet seat was chipped and had been hastily painted over. The receptionist said it would be replaced the next day. The faucets were grimy, crusted over and rusty. We decided to leave as soon as we arrived. We paid 340 euros and didn't get a refund. My wife and I had booked three nights, June 3 to June 6, 2024. Instead, we found a room at the four-star hotel J.S Yate. It doesn't have a sea view, but its cleanliness and maintenance are on a completely different level. Cleanliness and upkeep are at the heart of a hotel or apartment, and without them everything eventually falls apart. We won't be coming back. Tiago Carlotto and family.

Jordi deserves a mention for his upbeat manner, helpfulness and great recommendations. The apartment itself was clean, roomy and self-contained. We stayed in room 201, with a Balinese bed on one balcony and a separate, smaller balcony with an outdoor dining table. The beach is just a short hop away, and there are restaurants, supermarkets and a local baker nearby. Finding parking can be difficult, though.

We were lucky to get such a beautiful apartment, with a huge terrace and a sea view. It was so comfortable, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. Thanks again, Ses Roquetes, for looking after us so well. It's right on the beach Can Picafort, with lots of restaurants, bars and sightseeing nearby. A really great experience, 5⭐.

The view is amazing, and those terraces are great for families. The place was really clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed staying there. Just don't plan on doing much cooking, since there's not much cookware.
